PDF is an abbreviation that stands for Portable Document Format. It’s a versatile file format created by Adobe that gives people an easy, reliable way to present and exchange documents – regardless of the software, hardware, or operating systems being used by anyone who views the document. 

PDF files can be used to carry dynamic data from customers or other organizations. Now PDF files may contain TextBoxes, Checkbox, Radiobuttons, Dropdown Menu, List box, Click buttons and Signature fields. We can open PDF in viewer/reader, fill data in the fields, save the file as a soft copy, or we can print it or send via email to an organization.

Any type of files can be converted to PDF and fillable and interactive PDF form, including Word Documents, Excel files, Web Forms, Google Forms, Handwritten, Images etc.

Yes. Besides carrying dynamic data, PDF may have advanced features

  • Populate/copy data from one field to another. So that there is no need to type same data again and again.
  • A reset button that will reset the form i.e clear all the fields.
  • An Email button with hardcoded email address.  Clicking it will send current PDF as attachment to the email address.
  • Text fields formatting for different types of text like different Data and Time, Telephone and Fax number, Currency, Social Security Number, Zip Code and  even custom formats.
